Refund policy
For skincare products, we allow for 15 days returns and we will issue either a refund for the full amount of the purchase, or replace the product. Keep in mind we only accept unopened and unused products. Products that have been used or opened, will not be accepted.
For services involving manicures and pedicures, we have a 3-day policy, if anything happens to the polish within 3 days of your appointment we will fix them for you. Please keep in mind we need to be notified of any issue within those 3-days. Facials, brows, lashes and face workouts are final sale, no refunds will be processed once service has been completed.
