Our matcha comes from young, shade-grown gyokuro tea leaves.

How to use: For an effortlessly smooth experience, place 1 teaspoon of matcha per cup (or to taste) into a bowl. Add a few drops of hot water (160-180°F) and stir until a rich paste forms. Slowly pour in the rest of the water, stirring until silky and frothy. Breathe in the aroma, take a sip, and awaken your senses.
